Here is another successful repair project completed by The Roofing Specialists in Sandyford, Dublin. The owners had noticed a leak in their roof and called our roofers out for a free estimate. Once we had isolated the cause of the leak, we highlighted it to the customer to explain the repair work which would be required.
Once agreed, we removed off the old tiles in that area and stacked them to one side so we could relay them back down later. The old battons were cut out along with the damaged underlay which was the source of the leak.
We put in new heavy duty breathable membrane to replace the old underlay and put in new wooden lats. The tiles were laid back down top of the new lats and the entire area was left good as new!
